- Provide market data, strategic analytical tools, and insightful interpretation to assist in preparing real estate market research report;
- Perform market analysis and monitor industry activities and key trends in the commercial real estate market in Vietnam;
- Conduct research within the commercial real estate industry and prepare data and narrative information for use in market reports, publications, and proposals for our company.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commercial Real Estate, Economics, Statistics, related field;
- Minimum of 3 years work experience;
- Experience with data analytics, writing reports;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel);
- Proven ability to communicate effectively, both orally and written. Analytical and writing skills to express complex concepts in writing;
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through;
- Able to adapt and prioritize to changing requirements while collaborating effectively in a team environment;
- Ability to manage tasks and thrive in an environment with a fluctuating workload and changing deadlines.
