Lead and develop a high performance, multicultural team through coaching and direct supervision; drive innovation and execution throughout the Content Marketing team by establishing high expectations for quality, efficiency, and creative content development;
Provide content strategy and ensure branding standards are clearly formulated and that guidelines are followed across all marketing channels; manage strategic content marketing plan and campaigns;
Identify, recommend, and execute strategies and initiatives to raise Brand Awareness, as well as driving significantly increased website traffic and conversion rates;
Collaborate with Social Media team, PR & Advertising team to ensure content is streamlined cross-department;
Initiate and lead team creative and strategic brainstorm to prepare yearly and quarterly communication plans for campaigns, products and site optimization;
Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends to guide content and copywriting teams.
Co-develop the marketing and communication strategy for new and existing product categories;
Build cross-functional relationships with Product owners and managers and other teams within the organization to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives;
Developing concepts for advertising or promotional campaigns;
Storyboarding or translating ideas to the creative team of designers and video editors;
Leading multiple projects from conception to completion in accordance with deadlines;
Hiring, developing and managing the creative team;
Ensuring all the organisation’s or client’s visuals are consistent with the overall brand.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in marketing, graphic design, fine arts, visual communication, typography or a related degree or equivalent experience is required;
5 years relevant experience in creative, content marketing roles in digital field, with 3+ years of experience managing teams;
Strong sense of art and international trends; front-end customer experience focused on acquiring and retaining customers
Strong skills in strategy and planning, merchandising and marketing;
International experience is a plus, especially work experience in Asian markets;
Strong decision-making skills with a track record of leading multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment;
Exceptional interpersonal skills for communicating effectively with technical and non-technical individuals;
Business fluency in English is a must.
